Jonathan Barbrook, Graphic Designer







Jonathan Barnbrook, is a British graphic designer, film maker and typographer. He trained at Saint Martin's School of Art and at the Royal College of Art, in London. He was  born in 1966 in Luton, United Kingdom.
Barnbrook is one of the most well-known creative studios in Britain. The studio specializes in producing innovative books, corporate identities, CD covers, custom fonts, websites and magazines. Our clients range from international museums to charitable organizations. They have worked and won many awards in the area of motion graphics working for clients such as the BBC and Grey Advertising alongside producing self-initiated projects.   He is the designer of the infamous and ubiquitous Mason and Exocet fonts and he designed the cover artwork of David Bowie's 2002 album Heathen, where he used his 'Priori' typeface for the first type. He also designed the cover for Bowie's Reality album and the controversial cover for The Next Day.
