One of the cardinal sins is to skew or stretch a picture to fit a space... never stretch it.. only crop it...The back panel is supposed to be a very different size... check the link in the syllabus for the correct sizing. If you hit ctrl>i on the Sony BMG logo, it will reverse giving you a black background with white lettering... a better solution for your black background.
On the front panel, you have Maxwell to the left of the fold line so when inserted into the CD case, all you'll see is his shoulder and a little piece of his head for the front of the CD. I'd change the title to Maxwell then place Greatest Hits vertically on the right... then you'll have room to put him (un-squashed) more on the cover... you can fill the left side with black... (edit>fill>black.)
