Suggested tweaks

Take a look at a couple of tweaks I made... it is easier to show you than to try to tell you.. 

-added a black line to create a boundary for the white stamps

-Made the price (It's now 49 cents dominant with the USA subordinate and very important, the edge of the U aligns with the outside of the 4 and the edge of the A with outside of 9...
